When combined effectively  readership (viewers) will increase.

		<description>Totally agree.  I think video totally rocks.  But sometimes it&#039;s SO bad that I think it&#039;s actually a detriment.  It looks unprofessional.  Blurry, shaky. Not good.  Not when you&#039;re trying to sell something worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.  But I think with testimonials or a direct communication with a client (they&#039;ll understand the low quality and appreciate the effort), I think it&#039;s awesome.  But to promote a listing?  It really seems to do a disservice to the property and to the seller. Most are unwatchable. Just because you CAN do something doesn&#039;t always mean you should.  I think maintaining professionalism is far more important.</description>
