The remaining 34 luxury condominiums at Folio Boston will be sold at auction on Saturday, October 7. Starting bid prices for the units represent up to a 45% reduction from last week’s asking prices.
For the next 3 weeks, Folio Boston is open daily for visitors to view the residences that will be offered at auction. To bid at the auction, a visitor must pre-register at the Folio Auction Information Center and review all legal documentation prior to the auction.
