Columbia, SC is a new emerging market and should be considered when adding markets. The state capitol of SC, home of Univ. of South Carolina, Fort Jackson, and downtown area is booming.

Glad you mentioned it. I actually have a very special friend from their and she noted the same thing. We will definitely consider. Where are you from? Agent?
St. Petersburg, FL The downtown is booming with luxury condos. The city has become an art meca and is attracting lots of big business from out of state. Florida’s new state governor Charlie Christ is from St. Petersburg and maintains an office and staff here.
