Condo Domain Two Point ‘O’ Launched

Here it is…..we are about 80% done….the links work, the pages are there, the MAPS are awesome! Just some fine tuning, spell checking, etc….all the basic…but come on in and enjoy!
The all new condoDomain.com includes a new “buyer centric“ UI (user interface) and condo shopping environment….what does this mean? More maps, more condos, prettier pages, more details and easier ways to contact the listing agent!
Hopefully we will be done with all of our updates, support graphics & images tomorrow, but for now you can navigate all 33 markets in the U.S. and Canada.
New Features:
1. The obvious and abundant use of Google Maps (we chucked Microsoft maps after no response from them @ Inman this year). Also, instead of clicking on a link to see the maps…we slapped them right on the pages!
2. More promotion of the agents and brokers who upload condo listings and new developments to the system. (Thank you condoDomain Agents & Brokers!!!)
3. News & Events is OUT….Market Pulse is IN …. In this section will have a live feed from a ‘local’ real estate blogger, so they can read highlights on the condoDomain market pulse page…then click through to the blogger for the entire article.
4. A Buyer Center with more educational tools and a source for buyers to interact and ask questions to the local agents who use condoDomain.
5. An agent and developer center highlighting”online” how to best use the system.

condoDomain has always been FREE for agents and brokers, and now we have a “Free Package” for developers too. Of course they won;t get premium placement and advertising traffic, but they get a chance to play with the big guys on the site!
