great update John. Have you heard anything new about B-Luxe?
I agree, it’s a good start of a great idea. As you said, John, it was a sloooow starting video. Perhaps 1 weekly update would be more realistic for having a substantive video. Also people’s attention spans are short–my videos on condos at my website have been too long looking back. Anway if done right video will be a great way to connect if your vid are tagged effectively or attached to some SEO driven blog posts using good methods combined with quality content.
I closed yesterday for a 20 something engineer. He found me on YouTube. He said he was looking for someone that was totally “real”. That’s what he wanted with expertise; he did not want to get fed any bs to any degree whatsoever. I think the younger buyer finds video and it’s flaws combined with a demonstration of expertise on your market to = being real.
Good luck with it and I”m sure we’ll all get better at it.
